Our 100-year-old building boasts original hardwood floors, mahogany doors, community solariums on each floor, and a riverside observation area. Our studio and 1 Bedroom apartments have walk-in showers, large closets, and private solariums with Saltillo tile. Boat dockage is available to both our residents and the public. Our community will start renovation in September 2022 and will be complete by the end of 2023. Come be a part of history!
