USE OF PREMISES
TENANTS shall maintain the premises in a clean and sanitary condition and not disturb surrounding residents or the peaceful and quiet enjoyment of the premises or surrounding premises. Premises are to be used and occupied by the TENANTS for only residential, non-business, private housing purposes only. TENANTS shall not operate any type of day care or child sitting service on the premises. TENANTS submit to the rules and regulations of their local jurisdictional authorities. TENANTS agree to pay any fines resulting in the misuse of the property or violation of the rules local jurisdictional authority.

FIXTURES, DECOR, AND ALTERATIONS
TENANTS must obtain prior written consent from LANDLORD before painting, installing fixtures, making alterations, installing security systems, or putting any holes in walls larger than an 18ga nail. No spikes, adhesives, screws, or the like, shall be driven into or applied to the walls, ceilings, floor surfaces, doors, or other surfaces of the home, without first obtaining LANDLORDs prior written consent.
