“The place is surrounded by trees, fresh air, a friendly neighborhood, well-kept gardening, swimming pools and clean, well-kept and safe streets. The office staff is attentive and effective. My only negative comment is about the pool area, which needs to be renovated.”

“5 stars all around. Staff are incredibly kind. Hoping for some bike racks soon! Only noise issue is living next to the main road- frequent ambulance trips and bus pickups/dropoff. However the apartment is insulated well otherwise and we haven’t heard anything outside of the residence!”

“Honestly this is the best place I've ever lived. Everything is really nice and I love my view. It's not trashy like a lot of places. I never see any bugs other than an occasional bee. All the amenities are really nice. The location is incredibly convenient. Very bike and walk friendly. 3 places to get groceries within a block. A gas station, an urgent care for people and also one for animals are within a block. I never feel unsafe. Not sure what else I could ask for except lower rent. But who wouldn't want that these days?”

“The Arbor’s are a very nice complex. The location is great next to Costco, Target, Publix’s, and many other stores and restaurants. Nice pools, gym. What I like the most is Management, and maintenance.”
