Siesta Beach is world famous for its quartz crystal soft sand that is cool to walk on. You will find only locally owned restaurants and shopping in Siesta Key Village. Downtown Sarasota is 20 minutes away and home to locally owned and award-winning restaurants, nightlife, Marie Selby Botanical Gardens, Sarasota Art Museum, The John and Mable Ringling Museum of Art.

The condo is currently unavailable November 2024 and January - April 2025. Tenants to pay Sarasota County Sales and Tourism taxes, for rentals less than 6 months. January - April are the seasonal months.
