You'll have the entire upstairs - very large bedroom (roughly 12x17), large bonus room at the top of the stairs, 2 sink full bath with tiled shower, and walk-in closet with tons of attic storage space easily accessible.
Large house, with a fantastic, fully stocked kitchen. Two other tenants downstairs, both super laid back, tidy guys in their late 20's/early 30's. Accepting of all types of people and both guys are respectful. Both pay all their bills on time and never leave the kitchen dirty.
Location is really excellent - bike ride distance from the beltline with storage space for bikes, tools, etc. Less than 5 min drive from EAV, edgewood, candler park, grant park, L5P, two Krogers, Target, Marshall's, Lowes, and Best Buy. 5 min walk from the excellent El Tesoro mexican restaurant with a walking/biking path right in front of the house. Right next to I-20. Less than 10 mins from downtown and O4W and Chick-Fil-A. Landlord is excellent - responsive, understanding, and we've had zero issues the entire 2 years i've been here.
1 Gig fiber internet, washer and dryer in house. Street parking isn't ever really crowded. Prefer no couples and dogs are a maybe. It really is a great spot and i've loved living here, so reach out if you'd like to take a look. Move in date would be roughly sept 17th/18th (prefer not much later than that if possible).
