Short term leasing available! Lease term can be 3-12 months. If the lease is less than 12 months, a two-month deposit is required with no additional pet deposit. One month will be applied towards last month's rent. If lease is six months or less, Resident is responsible to return the home to the original condition at move-in (maintenance, paint, clean if needed.)
