My rent was raised by $500 last year in the 3 bdrm so I moved to a two bedroom and I think $1750 is too. It has forced me into bankruptcy. I have lived here since 2018. The managed so much over the last 18 months I feel confused and lost in the shuffle.

Amenities old and dirty looking. Utilities over exaggerated amounts being charged on mth lease coming from nowhere and inconsistent.
