Recently renovated unfurnished 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom house in Decatur. Quiet neighborhood that backs up to NH Scott Park. Amenities included: central heat and air, incredible updated kitchen with stainless appliances including gas range, dishwasher, refrigerator/freezer and farmhouse sink. LG Washtower in laundry closet. Solid flooring- no carpet. Matching window blinds throughout. Ceiling fans with remotes in bedrooms and living room. Primary bedroom with walk in closet and ensuite bathroom with dual sinks and walk in shower. Ring cameras on front and back of house, Schlage locks on exterior doors - smart lock on front door.
Trash pick up, lawn mowing, HVAC maintenance and pest control included. Tenant will pay for electric, gas, water and internet/cable.

• 4 months of pay stubs and second income validation such as bank statements, W2, etc. that covers the same time frame.
• No evictions on background check- no exceptions
• Everyone is treated the same, we begin the eviction process if rent is not paid within 5 days
• No smokers- no exceptions
• Renters insurance required- proof of insurance required within 30 days of move in
• Pets, small dog only, will be considered with a non-refundable $500 pet deposit and an additional $25 per month. The yard is not completely fenced.
