- no evictions with in 3yrs
- make 3 times the rent
- criminal background will be done by owner
- deposit will be $975
- there's a $250 pet deposit (if applicable) if domestic pets are found on property we will apply to the next month rent.
- 10% of rent late fee after the 5th of the month.

If you apply the property will not be delisted until you pay 1st month rent and deposit.. and background checks and credit checks are completed and deemed in good standing.
