Great home available for lease! I am offering the second and third levels of my home. The basement will remain under our care to manage yard maintenance and other necessary tasks by the property manager. The tenant will have access to both levels of the deck and the entire house from the main floor “2end level” up to the third level.

The house can be fully furnished upon request. An additional $500 will be added to the rent to include all the chairs and couches shown in the pictures, bringing the total to $4300/m. Utilities, such as water and electricity, will be split 60/40 based on usage. 60% from the tenant, 40% from the landlord.
