“Overall, the apartment is great. Front office and maintenance are responsive and courteous. The team works extremely hard. The second pool is not cleaned as frequently as the one at the clubhouse so that is a draw back. Apartments are quiet and neighbors are courteous to each other.”

“Neighborhood is in a good convenient location. Neighbors keep to themselves, have not had a problem with noise. Occasionally will smell marijuana being smoked outside but it’s never unbearable. Value is OK. I would rate value higher if the laundry facilities were updated. They sorely need it. I have AT&T as my cellular provider and I get absolutely no service in my apartment. The conplex forces you to get Xfinity for home internet which I’m not a fan of either. Also the complex recently introduced valet trash service and I don’t care for it and especially don’t want to pay for it.”

“The Laundry room experience is ok, a bit disappointed the gym isn’t open 24-7, in addition my bedroom carpet still smells like mildew”

“Parking on the east side after 7:30pm is horrendous. I’m having to park several buildings away and having to walk extra far just to get to my apartment. I’m sure half of the cars are not registered to any apartments. The pool on the east side has broken chairs as well as missing bricks entering the pool. I wish maintenance would sweep away spider webs/ cob webs in the breezeways. At least once a month to keep the complex looking tidy and bug free.”

“I live by the pool so sometimes gets there can be screaming. I’ll get really loud but it’s during the middle of the day and not so bad, But other than that, I have no complaints. I do enjoy my stay here.”
