Thoughtfully designed 1 BD 1 BA Starland District apartment. Interior finishes include stainless steel appliances, reclaimed wood locker-like built-ins in entryway and additional reclaimed accents throughout. The building is a duplex. Washer/dryer hookup. Each tenant has their own entrance (off the porch in the front of the property) and exit (in the rear of the property). Each tenant additionally has their own completely private, fenced-in backyard - especially great for tenants who have a roommate of the furry, four-legged variety!
A few minutes walk to several SCAD buildings and Savannah’s super cool Starland Distrct. An easy bike ride or 2 minute drive to Habersham Village. Meticulously cared for and managed by local owner. Pay rent online with our convenient online payment portal.
Utilities are an additional flat fee of $150 (includes electric, water/sewer/gas, landscaping and pest control). Tenant pays cable/internet (if desired). Small Dogs (< 25lb) are welcome. No cats. Pet Policy: $350 fee for one pet and $500 for two pets, non-refundable. Pet fee must be paid annually (if lease is renewed). Maximum two pets per apartment.
