Qualifying criteria:
-Combined monthly household income must be at least 2.5 times the monthly rent
-We will verify your last 2 years of employment history
-Credit score must be 600 or better with no landlord debt, evictions, recent (past 12 months) repossessions or bankruptcies
-Bankruptcies must be 2 years old and discharged.
-No felonies on criminal record
-Will verify the past 2 years of rental or mortgage history

-Maximum occupancy: 6 persons
