If proof of net household income of 2 times the monthly rental payment cannot be provided, we may be unable to qualify you. If you are self employed, the previous years completed tax returns are required.

Section 8 / Housing vouchers. We accept section 8 housing vouchers. The income/credit score criteria do not affect section 8 housing voucher applicants.
