Tastefully upgraded 2 bed 2 bath UNFURNISHED upper level condo with vaulted ceilings. In unit washer/dryer, brand new water heater, refridgerator and microwave. Granite counter tops in the kitchen and bathrooms, laminate floor in shared areas, tile in bathrooms and carpet in the bedrooms. Master bedroom has a spacious walk-in closet with lots of shelving. Included with rent is water, sewer and trash. Electric, cable, internet is the responsibility of the Tenant. One permitted on-site parking spot with plenty of free on-street parking available. There is a covered lani/patio that runs the length of 2nd story condo and overlooks trees and portions of the golf course. This beautiful community offers grocery shopping, dining, banking, golfing discounts and much more, within a short walking distance. Beautiful beachs and Waikoloa Beach Resort areas are only 7 miles away. Your monthly rent includes access to Elima Lani Condominium's swimming pools and bbq's along with a pass to the Waikoloa Village Association Community golf course, tennis, and lap pool in the beautiful new aquatic center plus other benefits.
Pet will be considered on a case by case basis.
Each Tenant who will be residing in the condo, above the age of 18, must fill out a Rental Application. After Tenant application(s) is/are approved, we can set up a time with our On Island Agent to show you the unit. If you decide this will be a good fit we will proceed with the Tenant screening and will include a non refundable $29.95 fee for each adult Tenant screening. Screening includes credit report and national criminal background check. Credit must be 660 or higher. Proof of income must show a combined income of 2.5 X the rent.
Prior to move in, Tenant must pay first month rent of $2,800.00 + Deposit of $2,500.00 for a total of $5,300.00.
Lease for 6 months.
Tenant to inform On-Island Representative or Landlord of any water leaks or relevant issues with appliances.
No smoking is allowed in the condo or on the premises of Elima Lani (you'd have to stand/sit on the curb at the street). There is 1 assigned permitted parking space available with plenty of free parking on the street. Brand new refridgerator/freezer, microwave and water heater.
