Located just two blocks from the University of Iowa Art Museum and just west of the music building, Hancher Auditorium and City Park, this two story complex contains 25 units consisting of 13 one-bedroom units and 12 two-bedroom. The spacious front yard has several large, mature oak trees, and during the spring and summer day lilies border the walkways and irises bloom in abundance.
