Hi! We are Robert and Susan, and are renting out the bottom apartment in our home.

We've lived all over, experienced some amazing things, and now call Boise home. We are quiet, respectful, and clean, and are looking for someone who wants the same in a home. No need to worry about the random neighbor lottery like in other apartments. If this sounds good to you, this could be your place.

Application fee is $55 per person and includes background check, work history, rental history, credit check, etc. We’ll be looking for at least 3x rent to income ratio, and a good credit history is an important factor for us as well.
