Welcome to my modern and stylish 3BD/3BA duplex condo (1,700 sq ft). I've lived in this unit for the past 3 years, and your other roommate moved in back in 2023. Our unit features:

✅ Independent but friendly – We all do our own thing, but it’s nice to have a roommate who’s down to hang out occasionally.
