These apartments are modern 2-bedroom, 2-full bathroom units that are spacious and open with high ceilings. Primary suites are large enough to easily fit a king size bed and storage will not be a problem as the master suite has one walk in closet. We pride ourselves on fanatical customer service - all tenants will receive a response to maintenance requests or general inquiries within ONE business day.
The unit is available as early as April 4th and includes 1 outdoor assigned parking space, sewer/water, snow removal and scavenger. We allow one pet per apartment, with a weight limit of 30 lbs. (breed restrictions apply and we do not allow breeds we deem aggressive). Service animals are accepted as well.
Please note that after seeing the apartment, a prospective tenant 18+ years that would like to move forward would need to apply. The application process requires a $100 credit check fee per applicant - if a lease is signed, the credit check fee will be applied to the first month's rent. We also complete both employment and income verification, including submission of the two most recent paycheck stubs or sufficient proof of income. If an application is approved, in order to reserve the apartment, we require the following: #1. Signed lease, #2. Move-in/Move-out Fee of $700. Before scheduling an appointment, please make sure you meet credit qualifications. Please also note, the first full month's rent is due a minimum of three business days prior to the key pick-up.
