All rent payments, general inquiries, and maintenance requests are done thru a convenient and efficient online portal. We pride ourselves on fanatical customer service - all tenants will receive a response to maintenance requests or general inquiries within ONE business day.
This unit is available for a June 5th move in and includes 1 outdoor assigned parking space, sewer/water, snow removal and scavenger. Please note, this unit is available for a minimum of a 12 MONTH LEASE.
We allow one pet per apartment, with a weight limit of 30 lbs. (breed restrictions apply and we do not allow breeds we deem aggressive). There is a $300 NON REFUNDABLE PET FEE AND A $20/PER MONTH PET RENT.
Please note that after seeing the apartment, a prospective tenant 18+years that would like to move forward would need to apply. The application process requires a $100 application fee per applicant. If an application is approved and a lease is executed, the application fee will be applied to the first month's rent.
