Verified residentI had to break my lease early and paid a total of $3,126.38 via cashier’s check. The check has been cashed, yet I still received a collection letter stating the same amount as unpaid. This is a clear sign of poor management, as they seem intent on taking advantage of their tenants. I’ve heard similar stories from other tenants but didn’t think it would happen to me. I never had any issues or complaints while living there, so I didn’t expect this type of treatment.
