Front door insulation: The door is not properly insulated, causing cold drafts to come in. This not only increases my heating bill but could also allow rodents to enter the apartment. Furnace room: It has not been cleaned properly and remains very dirty, creating an unhealthy living environment. Door knobs: These are also old and need to be replaced, contributing to an overall sense of wear in the apartment. There are other small issues throughout the space that could use attention to improve the overall living conditions.”
