Maintenance fixes things right away like second you put in request they call you and tell you they are heading to fix it for you. Some of the neighbors are very nice and everyone else just minds their own business. I love that we have assigned parking bc I know everyday I will have my spot there for me when I get home. I don’t have to worry about staying out and not having any parking.”

“Several items in the apartment are old and in need of replacement or repair, which have affected my living experience: Restroom ceiling fan: It is old and noisy, which could be disruptive, especially to anyone living downstairs. Front door insulation: The door is not properly insulated, causing cold drafts to come in. This not only increases my heating bill but could also allow rodents to enter the apartment. Furnace room: It has not been cleaned properly and remains very dirty, creating an unhealthy living environment. Door knobs: These are also old and need to be replaced, contributing to an overall sense of wear in the apartment. There are other small issues throughout the space that could use attention to improve the overall living conditions.”
