Proof of income (e.g., the last three months' paycheck stubs and bank statements or proof of Social Security Benefits) is required. Each applicant must also submit a State-issued photo ID with each application. We will conduct Credit Checks, Prior Eviction Checks, and Criminal Background Checks on all applicants, and at least two personal and past landlord referrals are required.
