I am moving out of state for by October 10th, so I am looking for someone to sublet this apartment until April 30, 2019, so this is actually for a little over 6 and 1/2 months.

This apartment is located in a really great neighborhood right across from a school and YMCA. It has central air, a large living room with walkout balcony, a kitchen with lots of storage, a large bathroom with a huge countertop, and 4 closets. The best part is, the walls are super-thick and theres no one above this apartment because its on the top floor so theres no neighbor noise to wake you up at night. As an added bonus, there is a free fitness room and swimming pool in this complex.

The lease expires April 30th, at which time you can sign a new lease if you like. You would only pay for the days in October you will be staying there, and as a bonus, if you contact me by the end of the day on September 24th, I will discount October rent.

I love this place. If I were staying in the area, I wouldnt stay anywhere else and I know youll feel that way too. Contact me soon because this place wont be available for long.

You will also pay electric and water. Cats are ok, but dogs arent allowed.
