Rent cost is $2,075 plus $150.00 for average water, and sewer and trash. Total amount to be paid to landlord monthly is $2,225. Vouchers are accepted. Tenant to maintain all other utilities and make payment directly to utility company, (i.e. Electric/Gas). Application fee is $40.00 per all individuals 18 years and older that will be occupying the property, the application fee is Non-Refundable. Owner requires a 640 or above credit score, good rental and employment history. Monthly salary of 3X rent required. Being below required credit score, does not automatically disqualify an individual. However, if approved it would require a double deposit and/or a co-signer that can meet all leasing requirements and first and last months rent. Pets are allowed on case by case basis, and requires a non-refundable $300.00 pet deposit. All applications will be reviewed for consideration.

NOTE: There is a large garage in the back that can be rented for an additional $500 per month. Currently the garage is storage for the owner. If tenant does not rent the garage, parking will be in the back but CANNOT block the driveway or garage door on the left so that owner has access to the garage.
