Route 3 / Route 62: This neighborhood is primarily residential. It is nestled in between the two other neighborhoods in this area, City Center and Owen/Rolling Hills. Told you Charlestown is small!

Owen / Rolling Hills: This community is on the eastern side of town and provides extra space to stretch out, as well as slightly higher prices on rentals.
