No smoking of any substance in the home. (Includes vaping)
We will consider a pet on a base to base occurrence. You MUST have a written approval for any pet to be in the home. No pet sitting, No breeding and No unapproved pets.
Renter is responsible for all utilities
First month, last month and security required at lease signing
Lessee shall not install a waterbed, fish tank, any water item, pool table or any other unusually heavy item of furniture without Landlord's written approval
No additional locks or other similar devices shall be attached to any door without Lessor's written approval
Lessee must secure renter's insurance and submit proof to Landlord prior to moving into the rental
Lessee is to read the rental agreement fully and understand all the terms within prior to signing
