Security deposit equal to one months total rent. Maximum 2 pets are allowed with pet deposit equal to 1/2 one months total rent; $25 per month for the first pet and $35 per month for the second pet. Additional Amenities are available for access which will include use of the community pool with bathhouse, pickleball court, playground, community beach area, fishing from shore, swimming/wading in lake (no boating allowed including use of motored vessels). A one-time $100 key fob fee will apply for pool usage. An additional $100 fee will become due if key fob is lost or for each additional fob requested (non-refundable).
