We are a Senior 55 and wiser Affordable Housing community that currently offers a portion of our property to 54 and under. Market Street Lofts is a beautifully restored and renovated historic community. Our community offers a Fitness Center, Business Center, and Community rooms with Cable TV. Each building is keyed access with 24hr surveillance. Each building also provides coin operated Laundry Facilities. We are a Pet Friendly community, and we have professional on site management and 24 hour on-call maintenance to make sure all of your needs are taken care of. Our apartments boast updated black appliances, original hardwood floors, 20-foot vaulted ceilings, Giant Bay windows with great natural light, and unique floorplans. This is a LIHTC property that does accept Public Housing Vouchers (formerly known as Section 8).
