“Excellent staff and amenities”

“I have lived here since February. I have enjoyed it and found management to be responsive to my needs. My apartment is lovely and was in good condition when I moved in. The only issue I have is there is no limit on dog size and each apartment is allowed to dogs. Owners picking up after there dogs has improved immensely. However, some owners insist on leaving their dogs "off-leash" which is a problem for those who keep their pets on a leash. There is a leash law but I believe it needs to be enforced more. I don't really use many of the amenities so cannot comment on them. I love to walk and Middletown Landing is perfect for walking: very little traffic and pleasant landscaping. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for an apartment.”

“I love the use of the pool, gym and mail room. My apartment was better than I had hoped, since we were moving from out of state and only got to see it online. There are some minor issues with the apartment but only cosmetic. I do wish there was soap treatment for the car wash and the vaccume is not very strong so I won't be using it to remove anything stuck on. I do like my view and the yards are kept nice. Pool area is pleasing to the eye with added features for shade on both ends. I am not used to parking my car without cover so that may be a challenge in the winter but so far it's been good. Low outdoor noise has been at a minimum, which is a nime asset but the walls are not very sound absorbing with any noise. Adjoining neighbors can be heard when closing cabinet doors, even though they are not aggressively closing them. I am very pleased with choosing Lakeside Gardens for the year we will be here and the staff has been very friendly and always offers assistance if you have questions.”

“Just Moved in this month when i signed my lease I was supposed to be in another unit but something happened and I had to be moved to the unit that I was in now The management made sure that it was ready for me to move in on the day that I am supposed to move in although there are a few things that needed to be done. They have been very quickly about getting those items fixed a timely matter I am working with Jennifer M and you are blessed to have such a wonderful employee she works hard to get my issue done in a timely manner”
