To rent this apartment one must first apply. To apply one must pay the $40 application fee and show current, valid, state-issued photographic identification. Applications are only accepted from those intending to reside individually. For application approval four criteria must be met: complete the application, tell the complete truth on the application, be without negative rental history, and have monthly income of thrice the rent. If verifiable income of thrice the rent is lacking it may be overcome by significant, verifiable savings or a qualified co-signer. Incomplete applications will be declined without processing and the application fee will be forfeited by the applicant. Applications are available by e-mail and at the property behind the staircase and next to mailboxes in a wall-mounted flyer box.
You may look through the burglar bar door anytime to see the main room and kitchen, but not closet or bathroom. If you wish to tour the apartment, a refundable $20 viewing appointment deposit is required. This payment can be made with a debit or credit card via a secure emailed Payments Hub link, or by deposit into the property manager's Neighbors Federal Credit Union account. This policy is regretted but necessary due to appointment breakers. This $20 payment can be applied to the application fee.
