Hello! My name is Steve, I am the owner of the condo unit and I would be your roommate as well!
About me:
-25 years old
-Work in biotech industry, do modeling/acting as a side gig
-Love basketball (playing and watching), working out, fashion, thriller shows/movies, memes, cats
-Very clean, organized, neat (borderline OCD) - and will ask that you are too :)
About you:
-Around 20 to 30 years old (not a dealbreaker)
-Any ethnicity/sexuality/gender/religion
-Also a very clean, organized, neat, and considerate roommate
-Financially responsible (either working full time or receiving parental support to make monthly rent payments), no debt, and no history of late payments
-Bonus: can provide reference(s) from previous roommates and/or landlords
-My biggest priority in my search for a roommate/tenant is finding someone who is clean, considerate, reasonably quiet, non-disturbing/non-intrusive. We don’t have to be best friends or have the same interests/hobbies - BUT we do have to get along, have a healthy roommate relationship, and foster an environment that both people can enjoy living in.
I’m moving into the unit on July 9th, so you can schedule an in-person viewing of the unit on any day after that. Until then, we can schedule a video call if you’d like to view the unit. Viewings (video call or in-person) will only be offered to a select few applicants who have been interviewed via phone call/video call.
First, last, & security deposit are due upon signing lease.
If you are interested, please leave a message with your full name, email address, and a description of yourself (as a person and a roommate).
