The pool has been broken for months, and although the location is decent, there's no way we should be paying this much for rent. It's a rip off.

Parking Details
On-site reserved parking ranging from $75 for outdoors, $100 for partially covered outdoor, and $150 for garage. Covered lot. Garage lot. Other, assigned. We have two garages that offer indoor and outdoor parking ranging from $125 - $400. Parking starts at $125 for outdoor spaces and $225 for indoor spaces. We have four ChargePoint charging stations in Portside II Garage, which are available first come first serve located in our parking garages for EV charging. There is limited 2-hour guest parking throughout the community.
