We have a room available for rent in our rooming house! The room comes with a microwave and fridge. This building is pest free, drug free, smoke free, with security cameras around the outside and in the common areas in the building. We offer month to month tenancies and we require first, last and deposit due on move in. Must be able to pass a background check and verify employment. You will find that we are very hands on landlords and will make the effort to make sure you have a good place to live when you rent from us. We are responsive to issues and tenant requests, and we ask that our tenants do their part to help keep the place clean and contribute to a friendly, peaceful living environment.
