The living room is perfect for keeping the family entertained with a large sectional sofa, tv, and a pool table with a cover that converts the table for ping pong. The heart of the home, the kitchen, is perfect for the family that likes to cook, with newer appliances and fun gadgets such as an air popcorn popper and ice cream maker. The kitchen is open to the large dining room, which makes it easy for everyone to gather and chat while meals are being prepared. Rounding out the ground-floor is a full bathroom and also a den with a sleeper sofa, allowing it to double as an extra bedroom if needed. Upstairs is another full bath and three bedrooms, including a spacious Primary suite with a full bath and access to a private deck. For your comfort, there are four air conditioning splits throughout the house including in the primary bedroom. The deck overlooks the fenced-in yard and features a patio dining set.
