There is no guaranteed parking. I had my car towed. There are cockroaches. My bathroom ceiling has a leak. The garbage disposal is broken and the sink is permanently clogged. The water in the dishwasher smells putrid. The noise is unbelievable. It sounds like the people upstairs are picking up furniture and dropping it. There are always tons of people gathering in the parking lot, playing loud music. The hallways are dirty. The washing room is disgusting. I hate going down there. I am counting the days until my lease is up!
