For the noise I gave it what I did is because all night on the week days it’s like someone is dropping a bowling ball on the floor up until 12 am. Then on the weekend the noise starts as early as 7 am and goes All day and night. I think people with small children shouldn’t be allowed to live on a top floor, they should automatically be allowed to live on the bottom floor.
