“When I first moved in certain things were not ready. It took maintenance a long time to complete it. Anytime I put in a ticket it took too long for it to be completed. Every few days you have to go and get visitor parking pass that’s annoying and can be inconvenient.”

“The Exit Gate seems to always broken, which has allowed criminals to come on to the property and break in to Tenants automobiles. I really do not like animals in the building as well. The HVAC system in the bathroom does not put out enough A/C, so I have to use a fan to keep the room clean. I hope in the winter it isn't the same. Don't understand why the water bill is so high, when it is only a 1 bedroom apt. Don't understand why the electric bill is so high, when it is only 1 bedroom apartment. Roaches in the apartment. The entire complex should be fenced in. The timer should be configured where only 1 vehicle is allowed into the complex at a time.”

“The community is old, so there are going to be a few issues that’s out of my control. Overall, I’m enjoying my stay.”
