Moving to Ocean Pines
Ocean Pines is a private homeowners association, which means anyone looking to begin an apartment search in Ocean Pines must apply for approval from the board of directors. The exact information regarding the application is available on the community's website; however, new residents should be aware that they are responsible for paying additional monthly fees and annual dues that grant them access to use the numerous amenities and pay for services like garbage removal and landscaping. Although these fees may seem costly, it is important to consider that joining a private fitness center, going to a swimming center or participating in youth programs outside of the Ocean Pines community will cost even more money.
