In the eight months I've lived the building, I've had to call maintenance for the following reasons: nail sticking out of the floorboard, hot water lasting five minutes, cabinet door falling off its hinge, lifting carpet, unsealed balcony door, and a peeling overhead cabinet. At the very least, apartments that cost over $3,200 a month should have an ice maker (our refrigerators don't. I had to buy my own ice tray). Also, it's on a busy street that will undoubtedly get louder once the purple line is complete. It's an OK apartment. I just isn't worth the price.
