If you are looking to make the Willard Square neighborhood (one of Maine's most popular neighborhoods) your home and have Willard Beach just down the street, this is your place!
Your stay will be very comfortable and cozy in this sun-drenched and updated cottage. You'll also enjoy privacy, serenity, and good energy on this quiet dead end street. You're so close to everything you could imagine for your Maine experience. Just minutes away you'll find cafe's, bakeries, fine dining, yoga, hiking, Portland's Old Port, and of course world class beaches & state parks!
Rent of $6500, $2000 security deposit, and $200 cleaning fee are due at lease signing. All utilities are included in the price (Heat pump central A/C and heating, oil backup heating, wi-fi internet, electricity, hot water/sewer).
An application and solid references are required.
