Heavy footsteps, constantly through heavy stuff on their floor which is my roof. Apart from that, smoke odor is normal everyday. It means some people smoke without care. Those are the main problems I have in my side. Talking about the rent amount, it looks like a little excessive if I take into account the poor maintenance of the washer, dryer, stove, microwave and so on. Apart from that, I don’t have any complaint to add.”
