“Serramonte Ridge is a wonderful place to live. It is close to the ocean, schools and shopping and has parking. Also, management is awesome! If you need something fixed or have any concerns, they fix it right away. I had an issue with mold and they had a couple of people from California Water and Fire within a few days to fix the issue. They were clean, professional and left the place better then when they came. I have to give thanks to management and to all the folks in the office. Caprice, Maury, Manny, Olivia, and Adriana are great, many thanks. “I like the managers and maintenance people at Assembly. They are responsive, practival, upbeat and considerate. My apartment has what I need other than I wish the bedrooms were a bit wider. The noise level is predictable for an urban setting, and the insulation is good. The amenities are sweet - a rooftop space, gym, bike space, and clubroom. It has what I need. Compared to Uptown and Downtown apartments, the parking is reasonable. I”
