“So far it has been a great experience. There haven't been any noise issues, the committed is clean and feels safe, the tenants have been friendly. I haven't had a maintenance request yet, so can't rate that, but management has been great when I've had a reason to contact them. They were especially helpful when i was getting my lease signed. The laundry rings are nice. I haven't used the pool, but it looks clean and I've seen others using it. No one is ever in my parking spot. And I really love my little 1 bedroom apartment! It has a nice open design and was very fresh and clean when i moved in. Overall really good experience, would recommend!”

“There's not enough guess parking space due to residence occupying those spaces. Trash being left out alongside the walkways to the garage. pets barking all hours of the day & night disturbing residence. , leaving guess vehicles not able to park, especially overnight. Trash being left out along the walk path to the garage area (disgusting)”
