For value, there are some appliances in the apartment are low quality, in particular the draws and cabinets often fall off the tracks and come off the screws - ac could have been set up better to evenly distribute all rooms evenly and ideally windows open in the rooms for better air flow. Maintenance; there has been a great positive change from the last management to current- night and day. The one thing I will say, is when we moved into a new unit there a were several items that seemed to of been looked over ...additionally we didn't get a welcome package which would have been a nice touch and continued to feel like a welcomed home. Other than that, we've been very happy with our time here.”
