“Overall, my experience at Margaux has been wonderful. The apartment itself is beautiful, it’s very quiet. There is a bit of controversy with the parking, I just wish they would have considered people living in the apartments, wanting to have guest over. Can park either at the metro or in the Stella parking lot each of those do carry a fee and unfortunately, there is no overnight parking. Margaux is a smoke-free property but I have smelled smoke in the hallway once or twice. Other than that Management is really nice and thorough when it comes to inquiries.”

“Maintenance is very responsive but have a lot of recurring issues, parking is not free ! it’s 50 a month and 150 a month for the garage and there are barely parking spaces for tenants and you will get towed if you park in visitors with a parking pass but still need to pay pango like whaaattttt !!! but otherwise it has been a pleasant 10 months :)”

“Parking is to hard to find or too expensive if you can find it. Because we I surrounded by entertainment and tourist. They tend to take a lot of our residential spots illegally.”
