“Overall, my experience at Margaux has been wonderful. The apartment itself is beautiful, it’s very quiet. There is a bit of controversy with the parking, I just wish they would have considered people living in the apartments, wanting to have guest over. Can park either at the metro or in the Stella parking lot each of those do carry a fee and unfortunately, there is no overnight parking. Margaux is a smoke-free property but I have smelled smoke in the hallway once or twice. Other than that Management is really nice and thorough when it comes to inquiries.”

“I think the Verge is a great place with great amenities, maintenance and management. However I do think most of the issues come from tenants who don’t value the proposal as much as those who are full paying tenants. The mixture of working and non working people is a bit concerning, along with unattended minors in common areas”
