“The parking spots are really small not the same size as the A side. The upkeep of the common areas could be better mopping by the elevators and vaccuming the carpets. Management needs to walk the property a little.more.”

“New complex, it’s pretty quiet (for now). Parking can be confusing for guests/food delivery. Decent prices, but again, it’s a new complex with construction going on, so I’m sure prices will increase soon enough. Maintenance is good and quick. Leasing office is pretty responsive.”

“The area is a good location except the liquor store does attract some unwanted guests. The management has tried to increase security but residents will often leave doors cracked. Additionally, I have lived here for 3 months and the locked and protected package room has been broken into with ALL packages stolen TWICE. It’s a city, so things happen but there’s are safety improvements that can be made. I will say they keep everything well maintained, clean, respond great and the units are beautiful and affordable for the area. If you’re looking in Midtown, this is by far the best option”
