“I really like living here. Maintenance helps within the day, which is nice. The insulation isn’t the greatest, so I’ve had to budget in a spike in the cost of AC and heat during the summer and winter. People are generally friendly and they do have pets, despite what the lease says about no pets. The staff is also very friendly and are good about communicating things going on in the complex. I will be resigning my lease!”

“I’ve just signed my third lease here at The Commons, and overall, it’s been a great place to live. The maintenance team is fantastic—they respond quickly and keep everything in good shape. Management has also been great, and the grounds are well-maintained, which adds to the overall appeal. However, I do have a couple of concerns. Some dog owners don’t clean up after their pets, which can be frustrating. Also, the weightlifting equipment in the gym is broken and outdated, which could use some attention. Overall, I’m happy here, but addressing these issues would make the experience even better.”
